The staff provided prompt friendly service. The van I rented was new; it was clean and handled well. I left a remote control in the van and staff was very helpful in tracking it down and returning it to me. I will always use this facility when I need to rent a van/truck.

Love this facility, the managers staff and owners Are By far the friendliness people I've come across! Safe clean and great service! I encourage all whom need a storage unit or services to come here and you won't be disappointed! They offer rental vehicles as well!

Staff is great and friendly. Its a bit pricey however very worth it if you need a laguna location to store items but ide like hours to be more for example open later would be great!

Were visiting Laguna Beach for the winter. We needed a place to store luggage & various odds & ends while we made a quick, 2-week trip back to Wisconsin. This was the perfect solution! Saved us lugging all of it on the plane only to turn around 2 weeks later and lug it all back. Brilliant! Plus the guys at Laguna Storage were great to work with. Well definitely use them again!

I don't usually do reviews, but am making an exception this time. The guys at Laguna Self Storage with friendly, professional and prompt. Set up my account online and got a nice discount. Unit was ready early after I reserved it, which was very helpful. Good location with regard to where I live, clean and convenient. Laguna Canyon Road runs, at times, like the Indy 500 so leaving the facility is a bit sketchy at times, but depending on the time of day, it can also be slow and easy to access. Bottom line, great spot for storage.

I like how you can access your storage unit with a pin even after it's closed. I've had to access the unit at midnight due to work and I feel safe to be by myself. Very clean storage facility.

Great place, friendly employees pre-professional knew what they were doing and I was in and out of there in a truck in about 15 minutes or less

Friendly helpful charged a fair price for boxes. I wish they offered a climate control section. Handicap parking at top of a hill but you can't see it....
