Mailboxes and Package Acceptance at Storage at Lake Wales
Storage at Lake Wales offers mailboxes and package acceptance at 3249 State Road 60 E in Lake Wales, FL. Package acceptance is included with a mailbox subscription or a storage space rental. Our on-site team accepts your deliveries during office hours, Monday through Saturday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, so your packages don't sit outside or get lost. Many of our customers use these services, and they are a big part of what sets us apart from other storage facilities in the area.
How package acceptance works
Package acceptance is available to customers with a mailbox subscription or a storage space rental at Storage at Lake Wales. Once you're set up, you can have deliveries sent to the facility instead of your home or job site. Our on-site managers receive your packages during office hours and hold them in the office until you pick them up. Ask our team about the details when you sign up, including how to address your deliveries.
Need more than standard package acceptance?
For customers who need additional services, we offer a package service upgrade. The upgrade covers situations such as:
- Receiving a high volume of packages or large shipments on a regular basis
- Having our team place deliveries directly into your storage unit for you
The upgrade is a good fit for businesses, online sellers and contractors who receive inventory or materials often. Ask our office team whether the package service upgrade fits your needs.
Who uses mailboxes and package acceptance?
- Small businesses and online sellers who want a steady place to receive inventory and supplies
- Contractors who need materials delivered close to where they store their tools and equipment
- Homeowners and renters who are moving, traveling, or away from home during the day
- Seasonal residents who split their time between Lake Wales and another home

Why a storage facility makes a great mailroom
Pairing your mailbox with a storage unit keeps everything in one place. Receive inventory in the morning, move it straight into your unit, and get back to work. With the package service upgrade, our team can even place deliveries in your unit for you. Our Lake Wales storage facility also offers a business center, and our Highway 60 location makes pickups quick whether you live in town or out toward Lake Kissimmee.
