“Update- Changed to a 5-Star. I spoke with the owner and we have worked things out. He apologized several times on the situation. Reviewed as a 1-Star originally. Let me start out by saying I was there before the owner changed and its been downhill since. I am getting billed $9 a month for their insurance to only cover $2000 in property. I sent a copy of my insurance to show I had my items covered and they continued to bill me. Since no one is at the office anymore on-site, when you call the number you speak to someone in another state. I had called about insurance again and no response. I also called Feb 7th asking about availability of a different size unit and again the person from another state said they would have the owners call. I never received a call back. I sent an email, informing them I turned in my 10 day notice here in March. I open my email to see I'm being billed for an entire month of April. I'm tired of the over billing and the lack of communication from them. I've moved my items to a more secure location and a place you can have communication with that's local. Oh and more affordable because the prices went up too. They lost me after 4 years of being there..”

“New ownership brought many changes this year. They paved the front portion, so it looks much cleaner from the street. They also painted all of the unit doors and installed special locks on each unit that no longer need a key. There's an app that uses your code so your phone can open and relock the special lock that they put on in place of yours. (You can also give this info to someone else for access to your unit/s.) I was a little apprehensive, but I used it this week for the first time and all went smoothly. Lastly, they now require that you carry insurance coverage on each unit. You may select your own provider or use their's for about $10 a month per unit. Not bad. All in all, the new owners have made some good upgrades and maintain efficient communication as well..”
